FAQS

WILL I GET ANYTHING IN THE MAIL?  No. All of our items are DIGITAL products, nothing will be sent in the mail to you.  Once your payment goes through, you will receive an email with a link to your digital download.

ARE "SVG FONTS" FONTS THAT I CAN TYPE WITH? No. These are vector files – NOT “true type font” or “open type fonts” that you install in your font directory.  The SVG and DXF files are vector files and used like clip art.  Each character has its own file and each image must be opened, placed and arranged into your project individually.  You do not install or upload anything to your computer to type out words with.

WHAT FILES FORMATS ARE OFFERED IN YOUR PACKAGES?  All of our packages include the following file formats:  SVG, DXF, EPS and PNG.

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOUR FILES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH MY SOFTWARE?  Your software website should tell you which files will work with your program.  SVG files work with Cricut and the PAID Designer Edition of Silhouette – please note if you have a FREE version of Silhouette, you MUST use the DXF files as the SVG files will not work. Sure Cuts A Lot (SCAL), Inkscape and Illustrator all are compatible with SVG files.  PNG files can be used in graphics programs such as Photoshop and Gimp.

HOW ARE YOUR FILE PACKAGES ORGANIZED?  They are sent in a ZIP file.  For font/alphabet packages, there are 4 folders inside the ZIP file and they are labeled according to the file type (SVG, DXF, EPS and PNG); this way you can just access the format that you want to use.

HOW DO I UNZIP A ZIP FILE?  You must be able o unzip a ZIP file.  On most computers, you just right click on the ZIP file after you save it to your computer and choose “extract all”.   You can also go to a free website called http://www.ezyzip.com where you can unzip your ZIP files for free.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?  No refunds are given. Do to the nature of digital downloads (they cannot be revoked or returned), ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes purchases made in error due to a buyer failing to read the ad description of file formats offered - it is buyers' responsibilty to do this before buying!
